Our staff and teachers are life-changers. They not only teach, but provide stability, care, discipline, hope, and love to over 100 children. 

As a charity we prepare over 150 meals per day. and deliver food packages to those in need. We want to thank you for helping us achieve this amazing goal.

VOLUNTEER WITH CHANGE TOMORROW

Our vision and mission for volunteering

Volunteering is a great way to share your enthusiasm, skills and ideas whilst having fun and meeting like-minded people. By volunteering for Change Tomorrow you will be making a positive contribution to community development in our area and massive difference in lives of children from our school. Volunteers are vital to our work. We welcome any volunteers over the age of 18.

TEACH IN UGANDA

Model Classical Christian Teacher, various grades PreK-7:

Teach for three months in Uganda and help support children's education in rural, underprivileged areas. You’ll work alongside dedicated teachers, who are focused on providing children with a quality education.

You will work in Change Tomorrow Primary School in Uganda. We’ll support your work and give you guidance when you need it.

We are currently looking for teachers who will be dedicated to teach Music, English Grammar, Mathematics, Art and Athletics.

 

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree and passion for learning.

  • A willingness to raise funds and teach/train in Change Tomorrow Primary School

ATHLETIC DIRECTOR

Implement the Physical Education programs for the prek-7 school

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

As a Project Administrator you will be in charge of the whole operation (25 employees and 100 children. You will be also establishing and maintaining relationships with government offices and leaders in our community. You will have to be able to stay for a minimum of one year.

FARM ADMINISTRATOR

As a Farm Administrator you will have to ensure the smooth running of our farm or estate by overseeing operations.

You will work with animal and crop production. Livestock on farms tends to be pigs, goats, chickens, while crops can cover bananas and vegetables. You'll implement strategies for maximum yield, organise farm administration, work machinery and manage any associated businesses and staff.

 

Requirements

Previous hands-on farming experience and technical knowledge are as important as academic qualifications, and some employers may appoint you on the basis of your experience alone.

However, a degree is greatly valued, and most farm managers hold at least a degree or HND/foundation degree in agriculture or a related subject such as:

  • agricultural engineering

  • crop management

  • farm business management

  • horticulture

  • land/estate management.

 

Skills

You'll need to show evidence of the following:

  • willingness to be outside in all weathers and patience to undertake all sorts of practical, sometimes repetitive jobs.

  • genuine commitment to farming

  • a commitment to animal welfare and understanding of the ways on which farming impacts the environment.

SHORT TIME VOLUNTEER

Short-term mission opportunities are available year-round for those who can teach, cook, build, garden, clean, tutor, or play with a child. Part of your volunteer work will include teaching children the alphabet, phonics, spelling, pronunciation, and general reading and comprehension skills. You will also conduct and develop outdoor games and art projects and just have some fun interacting with the kids.
